Sports Day at Children 1st @ Bilborough

Our very first sports day at Bilborough showed what athletic talents we have at our nursery! The children were keen to put their physical skills to the test and have fun leaping over the mini hurdles, throwing the bean bag and taking part in the hopscotch race.

To stage our event, we worked in partnership with the reception and key stage one children from the Jubilee LEAD academy. Thank-you to Mr Fearn and his team in key stage one for inviting us to join in with sports morning.

Special thanks go to the year 6 playground pals from the school whose support, along with that of our staff, made sure our little ones enjoyed success in all their events.

Our parents were on hand to cheer everyone on and it was lovely to have their support.

We’re already looking forwards to our next sports day!
