National Story Telling Week at Children 1st @ Newark

For National Story Telling Week we have been sharing our reading and storytelling skills with our youngest friends in nursery. As the older children discovered, it’s quite a rewarding activity.

Children from Early Years chose  some of their favourite stories and shared them with the babies which was such an exciting time.  The babies sat beautifully and were so engaged with the books.

The older children got so much from this experience and showed us just how kind, caring and clever they are as they turned the pages and talked about their books.
