Eggs to Chicks at Children 1st @ Leek Pre-School

The children have been absorbed in the experience of watching the fluffy chicks emerge from their eggs. This wonder of nature had us all mesmerised as we saw the change from egg to chick and then watched the chicks’ behaviour in the warmth of the incubator.

Handling the chicks was a very special opportunity for the children and they were so careful, gently giving the chicks some lovely cuddles.
