People Who Help Us at Children 1st @ Shepshed
To celebrate our ‘People Who Help Us’ topic, we held a dress-up day for all the children. We had costumes such as doctors, nurses, vets, fireman, policeman, builders, farmers, support workers, soldiers and more! The children talked about who they had dressed up as, and then we chatted about what their person does to help us.
All rooms shared activities based on ‘People Who Help Us.’ The early years took part in a fire safety programme in the garden.
One of our parents said, “I hope you talked about yourselves too. You’re all amazing at what you do!” Such a kind comment which meant so much to the staff.
Thanks to everyone who supported our dress-up day.
