Space and Snow at Children 1st @ Syston

Our children have been exploring the topic of ‘Space’ and sharing the wonder of the recent snowfall on planet Earth.

They had lots of fun entering our Space Station and blasting off into space. They role played what it would be like to go into space in a spaceship and what we might see in space, such as different planets, the solar system, planet Earth and the Moon.

The recent snowfall gave the children the opportunity to explore the wonder of the extremes of weather here on planet Earth. They loved playing outside in the snow and were busy making snowmen, snow caves and snow balls. Everyone had a great time especially during our snowball fight!
