Firstly though we had to help Mr Peter build the potting benches. We used the screw drivers to put in the screws. All our woodwork lessons with Mr Peter certainly paid off!  We worked together as a team and soon got the job done.

Once we had built the potting bench, we moved it into our polytunnel and planted the pumpkin, cucumber, carrot, sprout and cabbage seeds.

Now we’ll be watching carefully to see how the seeds grow, ready to pot them on when they are big enough.
