A Roaring Start to the Year of the Tiger at Children 1st @ Toton
We have had a fantastic start to our celebrations for Chinese New Year.
The children in Early Years Yellow and Green have been really busy making their own spring rolls, learning how to write Chinese numerals in different texture trays and pretending to cook with the pans and noodles.
The children have also painted Chinese words and symbols, had a special Chinese tea and took home lucky envelopes.
We are looking forward to more celebrations during the rest of the week.
