Busy Gardeners at Children 1st @ Clowne
Some of the Early Years children have had a fabulous time during their gardening session. They had lots of fun planting flowers, herbs, fruit and vegetables with Miss Bethany and with help from Mr Chris.
The children enjoyed talking about how plants grow and we had lots of lively discussions around our favourite fruit and vegetables. The children loved developing their gross motor skills using the spades and shovels to dig the mud and arrange the plants into the different flower beds.
The children are so excited to be able to look after and take care of the new flower beds and they can’t wait to watch the plants grow.
