Teepee Magic and Fantastic Floor Activities at Children 1st @ St. Peter and St. Paul

A change of ways of working sees the Early Years here at SPSP moving some of their activities onto the floor. Tables and chairs have been cleared away to enable the children to take part in large scale activities at floor level.

This promotes different movement in ways that they may not achieve when sat at a table which helps build their core strength. Our children have certainly enjoyed and embraced the change.

Our younger children are having so much fun in their magical teepee tent. From playing peek-a-boo or sharing books, the teepee provides their own little hideaway to facilitate imaginative play and gives them their very own den to embark on their little magical adventures!
