Croissants and Perfume at Children 1st @ Meir Park

The Early Years recently celebrated National French Language Day.

A lovely brunch with croissants, pain au chocolates and some fresh fruit was enjoyed by all.  The children were keen to learn some French words which they shared confidently on the nursery’s Facebook page.

Earlier in the week the children tried their hand at perfume making. Using their scissor skills they cut off some of their chosen flower heads and then added them to water. The children enjoyed putting their perfumes into bottles afterwards! Maybe we have some budding perfumiers in our midst!
