Summer Days at Children 1st @ Sheffield

Recently we’ve been celebrating all things summer here at Sheffield. Our children had the best ‘Wet and Wild Day!’ From our babies all the way up to our Early Years everyone was involved.  We all got on our wetsuits and went for some water fun in the sun! As you can see from the big smiles, it was a fantastic day!

Our super ‘Beach Day’ was also fun. We’ve had so much rain recently and during a discussion with our Early Years’ children over what we could do to try and change the weather, they came up with the idea to wear bright summer clothes to nursery.

So that’s what we did! And guess what… IT WORKED! The sun shone all day and we had a wonderful time at ‘the beach.’ We even enjoyed a tasty ice-cream with a flake!

Fingers crossed that we have some more good weather so we can enjoy more fabulous summer days like these.
