A Surprise Story Den at Children 1st @ Newark Town
The babies at nursery have been loving their new homemade sensory/story den made by Miss Lisa and Miss Ellie.
Miss Lisa had a tidy up and was going to store our poppy blanket away but instead decided to create this lovely area where the babies could sit, chill and explore.
They enjoyed looking at books with Miss Ellie, playing with sensory toys and also enjoyed songs and rhymes in there. It was a brilliant, simple idea which has proved to be a big success with the children.
