Busy Bobtails at Children 1st @ Toton
The Bobtails at Toton are so delighted with every opportunity they have of exploring their world.
Just like the Bobtails at all Children 1st nurseries they revel in handling objects to see what they do, shaking them for sounds, feeling textures and focusing on what they have in their hands and seeing what it can do.
The recent treasure basket made up of objects from the bathroom held their attention as item by item everything was given a thorough examination by our curious Bobtails.
They were so brave when it came to handling the huge blocks of ice which were so cold and colourful.
The Bobtails are also fascinated by books. With so many wonderful books to look through this is not surprising, but we are always impressed by their high levels of concentration as they turn the pages and love it when they join in with animal sounds and run their fingers over the textures.
Then there’s the fun of exploring the properties of paint, finding ways to apply it, mixing to make new colours, and even making footprints!
Every day is full of fun for our curious Bobtails!
