Butterflies Soon to be Released at Children 1st @ Main Street

The Early Years children have all enjoyed watching the steady growth of the recently arrived caterpillars. They were fascinated to see how they moved and wriggled around the pot. They are keeping a careful watch for the time when they become a chrysalis!

Before long, the children were all very excited to see that we had four butterflies that had come out of their cocoons over the weekend! They were fascinated in watching them flying around and they couldn’t stop looking at them!

The butterflies will soon be ready for release which will be another exciting moment as we learn and experience the life cycle of a butterly!
