Going Orange for Prada Willi Syndrome at Children 1st @ Chesterfield Royal Hospital
As a nursery we helped raise the awareness of Prada Willi Syndrome by coming to nursery dressed in orange and taking part in many fun physical activities throughout the day. We also collected donations for the charity.
The babies explored lots of orange objects whilst the toddlers played with orange balls in the sand and used orange paint to create wonderful pictures.
The children in Peter Rabbits and Early Years all took part in making an obstacle course down the garden and helped each other get from one end to the other. Wonderful team work! Thank-you so much to everyone who supported the day.
The action continued with some bubble making activities. Popping bubbles is one of our favourite things to do!
With this in mind, we decided to take it one step further and make giant bubbles! The bubbles were so big that the children could stand in the middle!
We then used the rackets to make lots of little bubbles. There were so many bubbles to run after and pop. All ages had so much fun with this!
