Healthy Body, Happy Me at Children 1st @ Meir Park

The children at Meir Park have loved celebrating ‘Healthy Body, Happy Me’, an annual event organised by the National Day Nurseries Association.

The week’s events saw the children getting physical through a range of fun filled activities. The Benjamin Bunnies held their own Sports Day where they took part in the egg and spoon races, weight-lifting and aerobics and then had a medal ceremony at the end!

The Bobtails enjoyed doing lots of different exercises and still had the strength for some weight-lifting. What a strong bunch they are!

This was a fabulous week with all the children benefitting from their ‘healthy body happy me activities.’ Joe Wickes inspired races, dancing and the weight-lifting also made sure it was a week of smiles and happiness.
