Nature Crowns at Children 1st @ Newark
Our early years have loved their “muddy boots” activity this week. Muddy boots activities are planned outdoor activities which provide the children with the benefits of outdoor learning in our extensive garden.
For one of our latest activities the children have been foraging in the garden, collecting natural objects to make their own crowns.
The children choose exactly what they wanted to put on their crowns. “Pink flowers are my favourite,” said Sadie.
Everyone was very careful when using the scissors and sticking the materials to the paper crowns. The children were all overjoyed with their new crowns and looked fabulous when they tried them on.
“I’m a princess now,” said Sophia.
