Nursery Council at Children 1st @ St. Peter and St. Paul
We’ve just held our first nursery council meeting of 2022!
Our children were very eager to discuss how role play is one of their activities.
There was a big discussion about how we could enhance our dolls’ role play area with a cot and how we could buy a bath to bathe them in!
They also talked about how they enjoyed spending time in our library sharing books together. They mentioned some favourite story titles which are not in our library.
The councillors had some great ideas of spending time with our younger children doing activities with them.
We ended our meeting with discussing some very exciting ideas of how we can celebrate Mother’s Day which have been shared with all of our nursery teachers to plan something special.
