Once Upon a Time at Children 1st @ Buckinghams

Once upon a time in our Bobtail’s, we found a cow, a pig, a sheep and of course Mrs Hen.

The children had so much fun making the animal sounds and pointing in excitement when revealing the animals in the book. As our children are showing so much interest during story time, you are more than welcome to bring your child’s favourite book into nursery to share with us.

Not so much, ‘once upon a time’ but ‘all of the time,’ (just like all Children 1st nurseries) we encourage the children’s independence and self-help skills as part of daily nursery life. The children enjoy activities such as pouring their own drinks, practising peeling the oranges and cutting up the bananas with a knife.

And, when it gets too hot, we head outside to cool off and play in the water!
