As the photos show, the early years children are really enjoying their ‘Space’ topic.

One of their favourite activities has been making space rocket fruit kebabs. They had so much fun choosing the fruit and the order in which it was placed on the kebab. Best of all, they loved eating their delicious space rocket fruit kebabs.

Their topic of Space has continued with a look at extraterrestrial life! The children decided to paint their own aliens using a range of colours, talking about their aliens’ features and special powers. Afterwards, they sat and wrote all about their aliens, including what they are called, where they live and what they thought their favourite foods would be!

We’re looking forward to more ‘out of this world’ experiences in the coming weeks!
