Traditional Tales at Children 1st @ Meir Park

Everyone is so excited as we have started our new topic and what fun we have had!  In this topic we’ll be exploring some popular traditional tales and we’ve started by looking at the story of ‘Goldilocks and the Three Bears.’

We made some delicious porridge and added a choice of strawberries, blueberries, bananas and golden syrup. Goldilocks would have loved our porridge! We certainly did!

We had fun in our themed tuff spot where everyone enjoyed exploring the porridge oats.

We then practised our scissor skills by cutting out a picture of Goldilocks. We glued on some wool to give her some beautiful golden locks!

We’re looking forward to sharing some more traditional tales over the coming weeks.
