Wake-Up Time at Children 1st @ Buckinghams

Our Jemima and Bobtail children have been showing interest in animal sounds. So, this month we are focusing on a delightful story called ‘Wake-Up Time on Bumble Farm.’ This tells the tale of Lazy Rooster who is sleeping late. Without his cock-a-doodle-doo, Farmer Faye is still in bed and the animals on Bumble Farm are causing chaos!

During our circle time session, the children have been looking at puppets which connect to the story to encourage their language and sound making. As the images show, the Bobtails’ children showed excitement and really engaged as Miss Katie sang and read the story.
